1) Acceptance
By using this site or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms.
2) Services
We provide training, learning materials, and verifiable certificates for qualifying participants. We may update content or schedules to improve outcomes.
3) Enrollment & Certificates
Enrollment requires accurate information. Certificates are issued upon meeting stated requirements (e.g., attendance, assessments). We may update status (Valid/Expired/Revoked) for cause (e.g., academic integrity violations, fraud).
4) Student Conduct (No Shortcuts)
You agree to submit your own work, follow proctoring rules if applicable, and behave professionally. We may remove participants who disrupt sessions or violate integrity requirements.
5) Payments & Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in your order/contract:
- • Full refunds available up to 7 calendar days before a cohort start, minus third-party processing fees (if any).
- • Within 7 days of start: 50% refund.
- • After start: no refunds. We may allow one seat transfer to a later cohort at our discretion.

6) Intellectual Property
Course materials, logos, and content are owned by DODSC or its licensors. We grant a personal, non-transferable license for your own training use. Do not copy, resell, or distribute without permission.
7) Site Use
Do not upload CUI, export-controlled, or otherwise restricted information. Do not attempt to bypass security or disrupt services.
8) Disclaimers
Training content is for educational purposes; it is not legal advice. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee outcomes (e.g., contract awards, audit results).
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, DODSC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant service.
10) Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold DODSC harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or materials.
11) Governing Law & Venue
Arizona law governs. Venue: state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.
12) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a new "Last updated" date.
