Privacy Policy

What we collect

• • Form submissions (Name, Email, Phone, Course, Message) from /enroll and /contact.
• • Technical metadata automatically captured by our host (e.g., IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
• • Certificate records needed for verification: Certificate ID, full name, course, issued date, expiration date, and status (Valid/Expired/Revoked).

We do not request Social Security numbers, payment card details on this site, or any Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).

How we use data

• • To respond to inquiries, schedule enrollment, issue certificates, and verify certificates at /verify.
• • To protect our services from spam/abuse and maintain reliable operations.
• • To comply with legal and audit requirements.

Certificate verification and public data

Our /verify feature allows anyone with a Certificate ID to confirm a certificate's validity. The verification dataset intentionally contains only minimal fields (ID, name, course, dates, status). We do not publish email, phone, or address in the public dataset.

Cookies/analytics

• • Our static site may use strictly necessary cookies set by our host/CDN.
• • We do not run behavioral ads. If we later add analytics or reCAPTCHA, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Third-party processors

We rely on reputable providers to operate the site:

• • Netlify (hosting, Forms)
• • Cloudflare (DNS/CDN)

These providers may process technical metadata to deliver the service.

Security

We use HTTPS everywhere and follow reasonable safeguards. No method is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and avoid sending sensitive data via open forms.

Data retention

• • Form submissions: typically retained up to 5 years for training records and customer service, unless you request deletion.
• • Certificate records: retained for the life of the credential plus up to 3 years for audit/verification purposes.

Your choices

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13.
